سياسة الإلغاء واسترداد المدفوعاتCancellation and Refund Policy

١. عسل هي منصة وسيطة، وتخضع جميع طلبات الإلغاء والاسترداد لهذه السياسة وللسياسة المعروضة على كل حجز قبل تأكيده.1. Asal is an intermediary platform. All cancellation and refund requests are governed by this policy and by the policy displayed for each Booking before confirmation.

٢. تُحتسب نسب الاسترداد على قيمة الخدمة (السعر الأساسي + إضافات القطط).2. Refund percentages are calculated on the service amount (base price + extra-cat fees).

٣. عمولة المنصة (١٥٪ + ضريبة القيمة المضافة) ورسوم معالج الدفع غير قابلة للاسترداد في جميع الأحوال.3. The Platform commission (15% + VAT) and payment-processor fees are non-refundable in all circumstances.

• ١. الإلغاء قبل (٧) أيام أو أكثر من موعد الاستلام: استرداد كامل قيمة الخدمة.1. Cancellation 7 days or more before the drop-off date: full refund of the service amount.
• ٢. الإلغاء خلال (٤٨) ساعة إلى (٧) أيام من موعد الاستلام: استرداد (٥٠٪) من قيمة الخدمة.2. Cancellation between 48 hours and 7 days before the drop-off date: 50% refund of the service amount.
• ٣. الإلغاء قبل أقل من (٤٨) ساعة من موعد الاستلام، أو عدم الحضور: لا يحق استرداد أي مبلغ.3. Cancellation less than 48 hours before drop-off, or no-show: no refund is due.

وتُصرف النسبة المقتطعة عند الإلغاء المتأخر للحاضن تعويضاً عن حجزه للمواعيد.The portion withheld on late cancellation is paid to the Sitter as compensation for having held the schedule.

في حال إنهاء الحجز مبكراً بعد بدئه، لا يحق المطالبة باسترداد قيمة الأيام المنقضية، وتُدرَس قيمة الأيام غير المستخدمة على أساس كل حالة على حدة وبمحض تقدير المنصة.If the Booking is terminated early after it has started, no refund is due for elapsed days. The value of unused days is reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the Platform's sole discretion.

إذا ألغى الحاضن الحجز قبل بدئه، يُستردّ للمالك كامل المبلغ المدفوع، وتسعى المنصة لمساعدته في إيجاد بديل دون أن تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن إلغاء الحاضن.If the Sitter cancels the Booking before it starts, the Owner is refunded the full amount paid. The Platform will endeavour to help find a replacement, without bearing any responsibility for the Sitter's cancellation.

في حالات الطارئ الصحي الموثَّق أو الظروف القاهرة، قد تدرس المنصة طلب الاسترداد على أساس كل حالة على حدة، بمحض تقديرها ودون أن يُنشئ ذلك التزاماً أو حقاً مكتسباً.In cases of documented medical emergency or force majeure, the Platform may review the refund request on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion, without that creating any obligation or vested right.

يحق للمنصة اقتطاع ما نسبته (١٠٪) من المبالغ المستردة كرسوم إدارية.The Platform reserves the right to deduct a 10% administrative fee from refunded amounts.

تحتفظ المنصة بحقها في مراجعة طلبات الإلغاء أو رفضها، أو تعليق الحساب، عند ملاحظتها مستويات مرتفعة من الإلغاء حسب تقديرها، دون الإضرار بأي حقوق نظامية للمستخدم.The Platform reserves the right to review or reject cancellation requests, or suspend the account, where it observes elevated cancellation patterns at its discretion, without prejudice to any statutory rights of the User.

تُعاد المبالغ المستحقة إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية عبر معالج الدفع المعتمد، وقد يستغرق ظهورها مدةً تخضع لإجراءات المعالج والبنك.Refunded amounts are returned to the original payment method via the licensed payment processor. The time taken for the refund to appear is subject to the processor's and the bank's procedures.

تخضع هذه السياسة وتُفسَّر وفقاً لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية.This policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
