تنظم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق «عسل» الذي تديره [اسم الشركة]،
سجل تجاري [رقم السجل]، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
باستخدامك التطبيق توافق على هذه الشروط.
١. التعريفات
المالك: مستخدم يبحث عن حاضن لقطّته. الحاضن: مستخدم يقدّم خدمات حضانة القطط. الحجز: اتفاق بين المالك والحاضن لخدمة محددة المدة.
٢. التسجيل والحساب
يجب أن يكون عمرك ١٨ عاماً فأكثر.
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة وكاملة.
أنت مسؤول عن سرية حسابك ونشاطه.
٣. الحجوزات والمدفوعات
تتم المدفوعات عبر شريكنا «ميسر» وفق شروطه.
تحتسب المنصة عمولة قدرها ١٥٪ + ضريبة قيمة مضافة ١٥٪ على إجمالي الفاتورة.
الحاضن يستلم قيمة الخدمة (السعر الأساسي + إضافات القطط) خصماً.
سياسة الإلغاء: تُحدد قبل تأكيد الحجز.
٤. مسؤولية الحاضن
توفير بيئة آمنة ونظيفة للقطة.
الالتزام بتعليمات المالك (الطعام، الأدوية، إلخ).
التواصل مع المالك في حال أي طارئ.
عدم نقل القطة لطرف ثالث دون إذن.
٥. مسؤولية المالك
تقديم معلومات صحيحة عن القطة (صحياً وسلوكياً).
تأكيد حصول القطة على التطعيمات اللازمة.
الالتزام بمواعيد الاستلام والتسليم.
٦. الاستخدام المحظور
الاحتيال أو انتحال الهوية.
استخدام المنصة لأغراض غير قانونية.
إساءة معاملة الحيوانات (يبلَّغ عنها للجهات المختصة).
التواصل خارج المنصة لإتمام الحجوزات (تجنباً لرسوم العمولة).
٧. تعليق وإغلاق الحساب
نحتفظ بالحق في تعليق أو إغلاق أي حساب يخالف هذه الشروط دون إشعار مسبق.
سجلات الحجوزات والمدفوعات تُحفظ ٧ سنوات لمتطلبات الزكاة والضرائب.
٨. تحديد المسؤولية
«عسل» منصة وسيطة بين المالك والحاضن. لا نتحمل مسؤولية مباشرة عن:
سلوك الأطراف خارج المنصة.
الأضرار الناتجة عن أحداث خارج إرادتنا.
الخلافات بين المالك والحاضن (نقدم وسيطاً للمساعدة).
٩. القانون المعمول به
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع يحال إلى
المحاكم المختصة في الرياض.
These Terms govern your use of the Assal app, operated by

1. Definitions
Owner: a user looking for a sitter for their cat. Sitter: a user providing cat-sitting services. Booking: a time-bound agreement between an Owner and a Sitter.
2. Registration and account
You must be 18 or older.
You must provide accurate, complete information.
You're responsible for your account's confidentiality and activity.
3. Bookings and payments
Payments are processed by our partner Moyasar under their terms.
The platform takes a 15% commission + 15% VAT on the total invoice.
The sitter receives the service amount (base price + extra cats) net of fees.
Cancellation policy is shown before booking confirmation.
4. Sitter obligations
Provide a safe, clean environment for the cat.
Follow the owner's instructions (feeding, medication, etc.).
Communicate with the owner in case of emergency.
Do not transfer the cat to a third party without permission.
5. Owner obligations
Provide accurate cat information (health and behaviour).
Confirm the cat has up-to-date vaccinations.
Honor agreed drop-off and pick-up times.
6. Prohibited use
Fraud or impersonation.
Use of the platform for illegal purposes.
Animal cruelty (will be reported to authorities).
Communicating off-platform to circumvent commission.
7. Account suspension and closure
We reserve the right to suspend or close any account that violates these
Terms, without prior notice. Booking and payment records are retained for
7 years for Zakat / tax compliance.
8. Limitation of liability
Assal is an intermediary platform between Owners and Sitters. We are
not directly liable for:
Conduct of parties off-platform.
Damages from events beyond our control.
Disputes between Owner and Sitter (we provide mediation support).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is
submitted to the competent courts in Riyadh.
